I started in real estate the way most people should: by living it.
I bought my first home with a VA loan in 2008. Spent years remodeling, renting, and learning what real estate actually does when you use it with intention. I got licensed in 2017 after wholesaling off-market properties since 2015, and I have been working with San Diego buyers and sellers ever since.
Before real estate, I served in the United States Marine Corps in aviation and as a recruiter. That background taught me precision, accountability, and what it means to put someone else's outcome before your own comfort.
I work with a small number of clients each year. That is by design. Every client gets my direct attention, not a handoff to a team member or an assistant. When you call, I answer. When you have a question, I give you a straight answer.
I will tell you when a deal does not make sense. I will tell you when to walk away. And I will tell you when it is the right move. That is the job.
No obligation. No pitch. Just tell me where you are in the process and I will give you a straight answer.
