I started in real estate the way most people should: by living it.

I bought my first home with a VA loan in 2008. Spent years remodeling, renting, and learning what real estate actually does when you use it with intention. I got licensed in 2017 after wholesaling off-market properties since 2015, and I have been working with San Diego buyers and sellers ever since.

Before real estate, I served in the United States Marine Corps in aviation and as a recruiter. That background taught me precision, accountability, and what it means to put someone else's outcome before your own comfort.

I work with a small number of clients each year. That is by design. Every client gets my direct attention, not a handoff to a team member or an assistant. When you call, I answer. When you have a question, I give you a straight answer.

I will tell you when a deal does not make sense. I will tell you when to walk away. And I will tell you when it is the right move. That is the job.

How I Work
Honest over comfortable
You will always get a straight answer. If the numbers do not work, I will say so. If a property has problems, you will hear about them before you make an offer.
Direct access
No team. No assistant screening your calls. No autoresponder. When you work with me, you work with me.
No chasing
I do not chase clients and I do not pressure timelines. You move when you are ready. My job is to make sure you have what you need to decide.

Ready to have an honest conversation?

No obligation. No pitch. Just tell me where you are in the process and I will give you a straight answer.
